How do I make the picon display what I want?

How do I change the "picon" that is displayed for the clips in the bins, if the first frame of the clip does not represent the content of the clip well?

Point on the "picon" of the clip in your bin and with the wheel of your mouse pressed down, on your mouse wheel and then move your mouse slightly to the left and right to scroll through your clip. When you see an image that best represents your clip, stop.

If your mouse does not have a mouse wheel, get one that does. This is a nice feature!
